duende
Duende is a special room and requires the minimum paid in advance. No more than 18 are allowed in Duende and should more than 18 attend, there will be an additional $50 charge for each additional guest. The host will also be charged for any damage to the room or it’s furnishings. No food is allowed in Duende unless pre-arranged for private event. dining room & duende + coffee bar area for socializing
outside diningWe gladly allow guests to reserve areas on our porch or patio for groups. There is $50 deposit required to reserve the area. If the event is cancelled with less than 1 week notice, the deposit is forfeit. Also, we require a final guest count a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date to ensure we are properly staffed and the area is set.

This amount does not include fees for staff. easys will work with you to determine the number of bartenders & servers you require for your event. Staff is paid an hourly wage. At the client’s discretion, any extra tip/gratuity will go directly to the service staff.

Our room charges are actually a minimum food & beverage fee (which does not include tax and gratuity). Therefore, if the minimum for the space you select is $600 and you spend $500 on drinks and food, you owe $100 as room fee, plus tax and grat. If you spend over the $600 minimum, you pay whatever you spend, plus tax and grat.
When reserving the entire restaurant for events or for any off premise event, we require a non refundable Deposit of one half (1/2) of your estimated bill for removing the date from availability from other potential clients. Your reservation date is not confirmed until we receive this deposit.
Balance Due is the total event cost, including tax(s), less the Deposit. Balance Due is required to be paid a minimum of one (1) day prior to the event.
All prices quoted are based on a cash/check purchase. All clients wanting to pay via MC, Visa, Amex or Discover will be assessed a non cash payment (cc processing fee) of 5% per the amount of transaction.
We allow you to decorate with no charge after approval of decorations. If we decorate, there is a $50/hr charge, plus the cost of any decorations we provide. No confetti, glitter, silly string, etc. are allowed. The client will be charged for any damage to our facility or furnishings.
We do not allow outside food brought into the restaurant without prior approval. We can provide cakes or other confections for your event. If you wish to bring your own cake in, there is a $10 cake fee. If you would like our server to cut and serve, there is a $25 cake serving fee.
Tablecloths, napkins and toppers, chair covers, flower arrangements, tents, candles, meeting supplies, etc. are available to rent or purchase for your event. Just let us know what you’re interested in and we will be glad to assist in arranging it for you.
You are welcome to take any leftovers from your event. We require you to being your own appropriate containers for transporting or we will furnish containers for you for an additional fee.
